Registration for my group coaching program opens twice a year and, much like front row seating, there are limited spots. 

Group coaching is a virtual dressing room, but with better lighting. It’s your chace chance to re-group, learn how to build healthier habits and let go of toxic energy that’s holding you back alongside other womxn like you. 

In this group,no one will give  side-eye when you mention that creepy dude who keeps sliding into your DM’s or if you’re tired because you didn’t get home til 5am. Cause, like, that’s totally normal here.

*Group Coaching is best for people who are self-motivated and don’t need the full support of a coach, but crave the accountability of others when they’re torn between “Yes, I’m still watching,” and “Nah, Netflix I have shit to do.”
