  • To get started I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to get an idea of your goals, schedule, available equipment, injuries, skill level, and how often you can commit to training.
  • You will get access to my online training software with videos and descriptions on how to perform each exercise correctly.
  • Once you’ve tried out your program, I will make small adjustments as needed.
  • Each program lasts 4-5 weeks depending on your goals.

$129/program with a 3-month minimum commitment.
